What is Lean Six Sigma?

Lean Six Sigma is a data-driven process improvement approach that combines Lean (removing waste) and Six Sigma (reducing variation and defects), usually structured with the DMAIC cycle: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control.

What is the difference between Yellow, Green and Black Belt?

Yellow Belt covers the foundations and lets you contribute to improvement projects; Green Belt prepares you to lead DMAIC projects with statistical tools; Black Belt prepares you to lead complex projects, coach Green Belts and steer deployment.

How do I take an ILSSI certification exam?

Create your free account on the platform, then open the exam link provided by the academy. The exam is a timed multiple-choice test; the result is calculated by the server and a verifiable certificate is issued when you pass.

How can a certificate be verified?

Each ILSSI certificate has a unique reference and a QR code. Scanning the QR code or entering the reference on the verification page shows its validity, the holder, the level and the date of issue.
